How quickly do you respond to inquiries?
We respond to phone calls and form submissions within one business day, usually much sooner. If you're working through a hospital discharge with a tight timeline, please call us directly at (360) 254-3498 and let us know.
Do you have availability right now?
Availability changes regularly. The best way to find out is to call us or submit a message. We're happy to discuss timing, current openings, and your loved one's care needs in the same conversation.
Is there a cost to tour or get an assessment?
No. Tours and initial conversations are always free. We want families to feel comfortable asking questions before making any commitment.
Can someone else fill out the form on my parent's behalf?
Yes. Adult children, spouses, friends, social workers, and placement agencies are all welcome to reach out on behalf of a potential resident. Just let us know your relationship in the form so we can follow up appropriately.
What happens after I submit the form?
We'll call or email you within one business day to introduce ourselves, ask any clarifying questions, and figure out next steps. Usually that means scheduling a tour and a more detailed care conversation. There's no pressure at any stage.
